SRINAGAR, MAR 15: Several areas in north Kashmir will experience a power outage on March 17, 2025, due to maintenance work on the 132 KV D/C Delina-Amargarh Transmission Line Circuit-2nd.
As per the Chief Engineer, Jammu and Kashmir Power Transmission Corporation Limited (JKPTCL), the shutdown has been scheduled to facilitate the relocation of 132 KV CTs and LAs at the Delina Grid Station. Consequently, power supply to Sopore, Amargarh, Baramulla, Watergam, and adjoining areas will remain affected from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Residents in the affected regions are advised to take necessary precautions and plan accordingly.
