JAMMU, JAN 14: In a swift and efficient operation, the Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) Arnia of Subdivision RS Pura on Tuesday successfully solved multiple theft cases, recovering two stolen motorcycles and a cash garland.
As per the statement issued to The Newsroom 24 – Awaz, the cases were registered following written complaints from two individuals. One complainant reported that his motorcycle was stolen after being parked outside his house, while the other reported the theft of a cash garland. Based on these complaints, cases under FIR Nos. 77/2024, 1/2025, and 2/2025 were registered, and an investigation was immediately launched.
A special team, led by SHO Arnia and working under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura and SP Headquarters Jammu, was constituted to solve the cases. Acting on local intelligence, technical inputs, and CCTV footage analysis, the team identified the accused and successfully recovered the stolen motorcycles and cash garland.
This prompt recovery underscores the professional efforts of Jammu Police in ensuring justice for victims and maintaining law and order in the region. Further investigations into the matter are underway.
