POONCH, FEB 28: In response to a tragic accident where a Xylo vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into the Poonch River near Kalai, Poonch, the Poonch Police, led by Deputy Superintendent of Police Headquarters Neeraj Sharma and Station House Officer Inspector Rashad, have been conducting relentless search and rescue operations on Friday.
The efforts span from Kalai to Sher-e-Kashmir Bridge and further downstream to Khari Karmara, aiming to locate and rescue the missing individuals.
Despite challenging conditions, the police teams remain steadfast in their mission to save lives and provide relief to the affected families. The search and rescue operations will continue in the coming days until all missing persons are accounted for. Poonch Police reiterates its commitment to public service and ensuring the safety of all citizens.
