Samba, August 25: One person was killed while three others were injured after a flyover collapsed during ongoing construction work in the Jakh area of Vijaypur in Samba district on Tuesday, officials said.
An official said the incident took place when the under-construction structure suddenly gave way, resulting in casualties.
The injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Their condition was not immediately known.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and started an investigation to ascertain the circumstances leading to the collapse.
