POONCH, MAR 14: The festival of Holi was celebrated with enthusiasm and joy in Poonch, as Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal and SSP Shafkat Hussain Bhat extended greetings to the public during their visit to Sanatan Dharam Sabha on Friday.
