DODA, FEB 08: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Harvinder Singh on Tuesday chaired a review meeting to assess the power infrastructure in Doda district and evaluate the progress of key schemes, including the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) and PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
As per the statement issued to The Newsroom 24 – Awaz, the DDC directed officials to expedite the installation of electric poles, address project bottlenecks, and actively promote awareness campaigns for the Muft Bijli Yojana to ensure widespread public participation.
He further stressed the timely execution of projects, efficient utilization of funds, and inter-departmental coordination to enhance power distribution and renewable energy adoption in the district.
