SAMBA, NOV 26: Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) on Tuesday apprehended four absconders who were wanted in a case FIR registered at Police Station Vijaypur during the year 2014.
As per the police handout issued to The Newsroom 24 – Awaz, a Police team of Police Station Vijaypur headed by SHO PS Vijaypur Insp Zaheer Mushtaq succeeded in apprehending the absconders namely Ali Hussain son of Faroz Din, Bali Mohd son of Ali Hussain, Shoki son of Bashir Kasana and Naseeb Ali son of Ali Hussain all residence of Rakh Barotain tehsil Vijaypyur district Samba wanted in case FIR No.20/2014 U/S 451/323/147 RPC registered at PS Vijaypur.
The said accused were evading their arrest since 2014 after the commission of the crime.
Accordingly, the said absconders were produced in the court of law and the arrest warrant u/s 512 CrPC issued against them was executed.
