Jammu, May 22:
In a major crackdown on terror networks operating from across the border, the State Investigation Agency (SIA) Jammu attached the immovable property of a Pakistan-based terrorist in Reasi district.
The enforcement action was executed in strict compliance with a court order issued by the Hon’ble Court of the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu.
Direct Action in Reasi’s Mahore Tehsil
The attached property, measuring 3 Marlas, is situated in Village Angralla under Tehsil Mahore in District Reasi. It belongs to a designated terrorist identified as Mohd. Qasim (known by aliases Salman and Waseem), who is the son of Mohd. Shafi.
While originally a resident of Village Angralla, Qasim is currently operating from Pakistan. The crackdown is tied directly to legal proceedings under FIR No. 83/22, registered at Police Station Mahore / SIA Jammu.
Field Report: The local asset attachment proceedings were executed seamlessly and concluded peacefully. To ensure absolute transparency and legal conformity, the operation was carried out in the direct presence of local Revenue Officials, the village Sarpanch, and the family members of the terrorist.
Second Asset Seizure Under the Same Terror Case
This marks a consecutive blow by the anti-terror agency against individuals coordinating hostile operations from Pakistani soil. Earlier in the same case investigation, SIA Jammu moved against another active terrorist asset in Rajouri district.
