Jammu, May 23: KC International School (KCIS) celebrated its prestigious Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026–27 on Saturday, marking the official induction of its newly elected student council. The grand event, filled with dignity and youthful enthusiasm, highlighted the institution’s commitment to nurturing visionary and responsible future leaders.
The ceremony was attended by an array of distinguished personalities, parents, faculty, and excited students.

The proceedings commenced with the traditional ceremonial lighting of the lamp. In her welcome address, Vice Principal Ms. Roma Gupta emphasized that true leadership is rooted in integrity, responsibility, and service to society.
The highlight of the morning was an impeccably synchronized March Past, where the newly elected student council members marched with disciplined pride.
Following the march, Principal Ms. Anupama Sinha administered the solemn oath to the young leaders. Sashes and badges were pinned onto the future torchbearers, symbolizing the formal entrustment of authority and responsibility.

Addressing the newly appointed council, Chief Guest Ms. Anita Sharma, IPS, congratulated the students and motivated them to embrace perseverance and discipline.
