DODA, NOV 30: Three (03) Persons lost their lives on Saturday after their vehicle rolled down into the river Chenab near Kandhote area of district Doda..
The reports reaching to The Newsroom 24 – Awaz, says that the tragic accident of a vehicle bearing registration JK06 – 2993 occurred on Saturday morning at around 08:30 AM when their vehicle was going to Doda city from Chariya village.
The teams of local NGO – Ababeel, State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), and local police immediately launched the rescue operation at the site.
“Sanjeet Kumar (25), Bali Ram (60) and Purana Devi (60) was travelling into the vehicle, while the body of only Purana Devi has been recovered yet and shifted to the Community Health Center in Thathri and the search operation for missing persons is continue,” a local news outlet reported.
