Srinagar, Dec 18:
Kashmir Police today attached a two storey residential building under UAPA Act at Kupwara district in North Kashmir.

According to Police, the property belonged to one accused Wali Mohd Mir, S/o Mohd Sadiq Mir, R/o Marsari Chowkibal, District Kupwara, has been seized in connection with case FIR No. 53/2025 registered at Police Station Kralpora under Sections 7/25 of the Arms Act and Sections 13, 23 & 39 of the UAP(A) Act.

The attached property comprises a two-storeyed residential house belonging to Wahi Mohd, who was main accused in the FIR.

The attachment was carried out in compliance with PHQ Order No. 4589 of 2025 dated 08-12-2025, duly approved by the Director General of Police, J&K, and executed strictly in accordance with law.
