As per the statement issued to The Newsroom 24 – Awaz, the DC directed officials to expedite the remaining work to ensure the timely commencement of classes.

During his visit to Mughal Maidan, a remote area of the district, the DC interacted with local residents. Additionally, representatives from Panchayat Rahalthal discussed MGNREGA attendance-related issues. The DC emphasized that payments under the scheme would be made strictly to those actively working, reinforcing accountability and transparency in its implementation.

The DC also inspected the under-construction bridge near the hatchery fish project in Mughal Maidan, being developed under the Capex plan by the Rural Development Department (RDD).

Accompanying the DC during the visit were SDM Chatroo Nayeem Ur Rehman, ACD Phulail Singh, Tehsildar Mughal Maidan Parvez Ahmed, and other senior officers.
