JAMMU, FEB 18: The Chief Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL Jammu on Tuesday announced scheduled power outages in various areas on February 19 and 20 due to necessary maintenance and repair works.
As per the statement issued to The Newsroom 24 – Awaz, the power supply will remain affected on February 19 as follows:
From 11 AM to 3 PM: Simbalwala, Batera, Shahachak, Chack, Maine Ghura, Singhu, Mishriwala, Dhyaran, Sua No. 1, Gharkhal, Gump Pul, Dharam Khoo, and adjoining areas.
From 8 AM to 2 PM: Nanan, Barnoti, Hiranagar, Channi, Paharpur, and adjoining areas.
From 10 AM to 4 PM: Rangoor, Kesho, Kamore, Rajwal, and adjoining areas.
On February 20, the power supply will remain affected from 8 AM to 3 PM in the following areas:
Jarai, Parliwand, PHE installations, Main Bazar, Ward No. 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12, Taraf Sanji, Bhagthali, Court, Jail, PHE installations, Parliwand, Basantpur, Lakhanpur Dhanna, Thein, and adjoining areas.
Meanwhile, the Superintending Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, O&M Circle Kathua has informed that Old Mawa and its adjoining areas will experience a power shutdown on February 19 and 20 from 8 AM to 2 PM.
