The process applies to students who appeared in the Annual (Pvt) / Bi-Annual 2024 examinations.
The online application portal, according to the notification, a copy of which lies with Valley Student Insights (VSI), will open on November 26, 2024. Students interested in obtaining photostat copies of their answer scripts must submit their applications by December 10, 2024. For those opting for re-evaluation, the final date for submission of forms is December 17, 2024.
The prescribed fee for re-evaluation is ₹520 per answer script, while the fee for obtaining photostat copies is ₹270 per script. Payments can only be made through online modes, including UPI, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit cards.
Students are required to collect their photostat copies as per the schedule that will be uploaded on the JKBOSE website. Those unable to collect hard copies due to long distances can request soft copies by emailing the designated JKBOSE email addresses, depending on their division (Jammu, Kashmir, or Ladakh).
The board has emphasized that students whose exams or papers were disqualified or canceled are not eligible to apply for re-evaluation or photostat copies. All applicants are advised to stay updated by regularly visiting the JKBOSE website for any further notifications.
