SRINAGR, AUGUST 24: Police Station Batamaloo in Srinagar on Monday issued an important safety advisory to all schools and madrasas in the area, urging administrations and parents to take additional precautions regarding the movement and handover of children.
As per the notice issued by the Station House Officer (SHO), Batamaloo Police Station, school and madrasa administrations have been instructed not to hand over children to any third person, except their parents or the designated vehicle driver/attendant.
The advisory further directs institutions not to allow small children to leave the premises alone.
Parents have also been requested not to send young children to school or madrasa unaccompanied and to take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
Police have asked school and madrasa administrations to circulate the advisory widely through all school groups and other private communication groups so that parents and guardians remain informed.
