Jammu, May 17:
Sleuths of Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) Jammu, arrested an Interstate Hardcore Narcotics Drug Supplier from Ghuman Nagar, Patiala on Sunday after conducting a series of raids in different areas of Punjab state.
The arrested person Rajwinder Singh S/O Karam Singh R/O H.No 201, Street No 2 Ghuman Nagar Patiala, was wanted” by ANTF, Jammu in Case FIR No. 01/2026 of P/S ANTF, Jammu.
A team of ANTF comprising of Inspector Amandeep Singh and Ct Gajinder Singh under close supervision of DySP (SHO) Sh. Ravinder Rakwal PS ANTF Jammu and SSP ANTF J&K, Sh. Anwar Ul Haq conducted raids at the areas of Punjab and arrested the accused from near Ghuman Nagar Market, Patiala. He is associate of accused Gurmeet Singh who was arrested with Commercial quantity of Charas. He used to purchase second hand cars for Smuggling/Transporting Narcotics from Kashmir valley to Mumbai to earn huge illegal money.
The arrest is a significant breakthrough in ongoing battle against Drug trafficking in Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyan.
