In a formal transition of provincial security leadership, Sh. Vaibhav Meena, IPS, officially took over the command of the Jammu South Zone today.
The transition took place during a simple yet dignified handing-over/taking-over ceremony held at the SP City South Office.

The command was transferred by the outgoing officer, Dr. Ajay Sharma, JKPS, who has overseen the South Zone’s operations. The ceremony was marked by professional camaraderie as the two officers discussed ongoing security initiatives and administrative matters pertinent to the zone.
