The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu & Kashmir unit today transformed its Trikuta Nagar headquarters into a hub of cultural celebration as it observed Lohri with traditional enthusiasm. Led by top state leadership, the event served as both a cultural gathering and a platform to reiterate the party’s commitment to the region’s peace and economic growth.
Leadership Joins the Festivities
The celebrations were spearheaded by J&K BJP President and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Sat Sharma CA, alongside General Secretary (Organization), Ashok Koul.
The party headquarters resonated with the beat of traditional drums (Dhols) as senior leaders and enthusiastic party activists danced together. In keeping with long-standing traditions, the gathering shared a variety of seasonal treats, including peanuts, rewri, and sweets, symbolizing communal harmony and the joy of the harvest.
