KISHTWAR, DEC 03: A 24-year-old Indian Army soldier died last night following an accidental fire incident in Chatroo area of Kishtwar district.
Sources told that a 24-year-old Army soldier died last night due to an accidental fire incident.
They said the soldier has been identified as Sepoy Satnam Singh, son of Balkar Singh and a resident of Jammu. The incident occurred when a service weapon discharged accidentally, resulting in a fatal gunshot injury.
Meanwhile, investigations have been initiated, and more details are awaited.
