JAMMU, NOV 27: The Institution of Engineers (India), Jammu Local Centre, held a condolence meeting on Wednesday to honor the memory of Er. Braj Bhushan Sharma, FIE, a former chairman of the Centre.
As per the statement issued to The Newsroom 24 – Awaz, a large number of engineers from diverse fields attended the gathering to pay their respects to the distinguished engineer and leader.
The meeting was presided over by Er. Anil Verma, FIE, Chairman of the Jammu Local Centre, alongside Honorary Secretary Er. Avneet Gupta, MIE, and other Committee Members. Attendees fondly remembered the exemplary qualities of Er. B. B. Sharma and highlighted his significant contributions to the development and growth of the Jammu Local Centre.
Speakers at the meeting expressed their heartfelt condolences and acknowledged the void left by his untimely demise. They emphasized that his visionary efforts would serve as a foundation for the Centre’s future advancements.
In closing, attendees observed a two-minute silence and offered floral tributes in honor of Er. Braj Bhushan Sharma, praying for peace to the departed soul and strength to his bereaved family to endure the loss.
