BANDIPORA, SEPT 22:: A 55-year-old woman tragically lost her life due to an electric shock in Banyari, Hajin, Bandipora, on Sunday afternoon.
According to an official , the woman was found unconscious after suffering an electric shock and was immediately rushed to the Community Health Centre (CHC) in Hajin. However, doctors declared her dead on arrival.
The deceased has been identified as Hafeeza Begum, wife of Mohd Ashraf Khan, a resident of Chringpora Banyari, Hajin, Bandipora.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further investigation into the matter.
