DEVLALI (MAHARASHTA), NOV 30: The 13th edition of Exercise Agni Warrior (XAW24), a bilateral exercise between the Indian Army and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), is being held at the Devlali Field Firing Ranges (DFFR) in Maharashtra from November 28 to November 30, 2024.

As per the handout issued to The Newsroom 24 – Awaz, the joint exercise focuses on enhancing defense cooperation, interoperability, and mutual understanding between the two armies. It involves extensive joint planning, preparation, and coordination of firepower, aimed at developing joint procedures and exchanging best practices.

“This artillery exercise underscores the growing partnership between India and Singapore, reflecting shared objectives in strengthening regional security and fostering collaboration,” said a senior Indian Army official overseeing the exercise.

The Agni Warrior series, launched to promote bilateral defense engagement, continues to serve as a platform for capacity building and operational synergy. Through combined efforts, the participating forces are honing their tactical and operational skills while building trust and camaraderie.
