SRINAGAR, SEPT: A Naib Tehsildar in Pulwama, Ab Majid Malik, was suspended on Friday by the District Election Officer for dereliction of duty while serving as a Magistrate in the flying squad team. He has been attached to the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Tral, who has been tasked with conducting an inquiry and submitting a detailed report on the matter.
A copy of the suspension order available with the NVI reads that Ab Majid Malik, Naib Tehsildar Palpora, deployed as Magisterate in the flying squad Team is hereby placed under suspension for dereliction of duties and attached with the Additional Deputy Commissioner Tral.
“Additional Deputy Commissioner Tral shall inquire into the matter and submit the detailed inquiry report,” the order reads
