JAMMU, FEB 04: As Aero India 2025 gears up for its grand showcase at Air Force Station Yelahanka, significant enhancements in infrastructure, security, and visitor experience promise to make this edition the most efficient and well-organized yet.

To tackle past logistical challenges, approach roads have been widened, and real-time traffic monitoring is in place with the support of Bengaluru Traffic Police, BBMP, NHAI, and Namma Metro. The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has also introduced free AC Volvo shuttle buses from various city locations to the venue to ease congestion.

Security has been bolstered with designated red drone zones, rapid response units, and continuous mock drills for emergency preparedness. A multi-layered security system involving the Ministry of Home Affairs, CISF, Bengaluru Police, and Intelligence Agencies has been deployed, featuring 24/7 CCTV monitoring, enhanced access control, and disaster management teams.

Exhibitor and visitor experience has been upgraded with expanded and well-ventilated halls, additional food courts, medical aid posts, lost-and-found counters, and ATM kiosks. Temporary mobile towers and network boosters have been installed to improve connectivity, along with the launch of a dedicated Aero India 2025 mobile app for real-time updates and navigation.

Aero India’s airspace management plan, structured in coordination with AAI and HAL, includes temporary flight restrictions, strategic aircraft parking, and refueling arrangements for domestic and international participants. The event will also feature dedicated B2B and G2B interactions to foster business collaborations, with special focus on startups and MSMEs.

In line with its commitment to sustainability, Aero India 2025 has incorporated eco-friendly measures such as reducing vehicle movement, deploying over 100 e-karts, and implementing comprehensive waste management strategies.

With extensive coordination between central and state agencies, Aero India 2025 is set to establish a new benchmark for aerospace exhibitions, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for exhibitors and visitors alike.
