SRINAGAR , OCT 14: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached four immovable properties worth over ₹1 crore in connection with the Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test (CET) 2012 paper leak case. The federal agency announced the action on Monday, stating that the properties were provisionally attached under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.

According to a post shared by the ED on X (formerly Twitter), the attached properties, valued at ₹1.31 crore, belong to Sajad Hussain Bhat, Mohammad Amin Ganie, Suhail Ahmad Wani, and Shabir Ahmad Dar. The properties are located in Srinagar and nearby areas.

The ED’s action is part of an ongoing investigation into the infamous medical entrance examination paper leak case, which involved malpractices during the 2012 J&K CET. The case has garnered significant attention due to its impact on the education system in the region.

Further legal proceedings are expected as the ED continues its efforts to identify and penalize individuals involved in the paper leak scam.
