JAMMU, DEC 09: The three-day Forest Annual Sports Meet on Tuesday concluded in Sidhra, Jammu, with veteran athlete Ajay Sharma stealing the spotlight by clinching multiple accolades. Sharma’s remarkable performance earned him the titles of Player of the Tournament and Strongest Man in Veteran Athlete.
Competing across various disciplines, Ajay Sharma secured seven gold medals in the 100-meter race, shot put, discus throw, javelin throw, football, weightlifting, and powerlifting. He also added two silver medals to his tally in the tug-of-war and open discus throw events, along with a bronze medal in volleyball.
