UDHAMPUR, MAR 06: A one-day Training cum Capacity Building Program for dental surgeons of District Udhampur was organized by the District Health Society at the Conference Hall, DC Office Udhampur on Thursday.
As per the statement issued to The Newsroom 24 – Awaz, the program aimed to enhance the skills of dental practitioners and update them on the latest advancements in dentistry. Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai, graced the occasion as the chief guest and stressed the need for adopting modern techniques in routine dental practice to ensure high-quality patient care. She urged dental surgeons to treat patients with compassion and professionalism, ensuring the best possible healthcare services.
The program included scientific and lecture sessions on key topics such as History Taking in Dentistry, Maxillofacial Trauma, Conflict and Management in Routine Dental Practice, Oral Premalignant Diseases, and an overview of the National Oral Health Program (NOHP) in Udhampur.
Experts in the field conducted insightful sessions focusing on diagnosis, treatment protocols, and modern advancements in dentistry, providing a valuable platform for dental surgeons to exchange knowledge and enhance their clinical expertise.
