DODA, OCT 24: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Doda, Mohd Aslam-IPS, on Thursday chaired a meeting of the Security and Intelligence Coordination (SMAC) at the District Police Office (DPO).
As per the release, the meeting was attended by key officers from the Army, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), District Police, and various intelligence agencies operating in the region.
During the meeting, officers discussed and shared their assessments, suggestions, and views on the prevailing security situation in the district. A comprehensive discussion took place, covering multiple aspects of security. Several measures and strategies were deliberated to ensure effective monitoring and surveillance on the ground.
SSP Doda urged all officers to remain vigilant and maintain heightened alertness in their respective areas. He emphasized the need for continuous surveillance of anti-social elements, rumor mongers, and mischievous individuals, stressing that such elements must not be allowed to disturb the district’s peace.
The officers unanimously assured that all security and intelligence agencies in the district would continue to work in a coordinated and synergized manner.
