GULMARG, OCT 09: An 84-year-old American tourist tragically passed away in a hotel in the Sonamarg area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district late on Tuesday evening. The tourist, identified as Ranmal Allauddin Rajabali from Dallas, Texas, collapsed at Hotel Namroze, where he was staying.
According to officials, hotel staff quickly rushed Rajabali to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Sonamarg. However, doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
Authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident, and the local police have taken cognizance of the matter. Further details regarding the cause of death are awaited.
