SRINAGAR, JAN 31: The National Health Mission (NHM) J&K has announced the rankings of public health facilities on the Hospital Management Information System (JK eSahaj) for December 2024. The rankings were based on metrics such as registrations, conversion to Electronic Medical Records (EMR), registration of in-patient department (IPD) patients, and patient feedback uploaded in real time on the JK eSahaj portal.
In the New Government Medical Colleges (GMCs) category, the rankings are as follows:
Government Medical College Kathua
Government Medical College Rajouri
Government Medical College Udhampur
Government Medical College Doda
Government Medical College Baramulla
In the District Hospitals (DHs) category, the top performers were:
District Hospital Shopian
District Hospital Ganderbal
District Hospital Kishtwar
District Hospital Bandipora
District Hospital Samba
For Community Health Centres (CHCs), the rankings are as follows:
CHC Pakherpora, Budgam
CHC Marh, Jammu
CHC Banihal, Ramban
CHC Surankote, Poonch
CHC Billawar, Kathua
The NHM J&K emphasized that these rankings are a step toward improving health services across Jammu and Kashmir by leveraging digital tools like JK eSahaj, ensuring efficiency and transparency in public healthcare delivery.
