QAZIGUND, OCT 06: A tragic road accident claimed the life of a 74-year-old man in the Bonigam area of Qazigund, located in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, late last night.
According to officials, the incident occurred when Abdul Rashid Sheikh, son of Wali Mohammad Sheikh, a resident of Kupwara, was struck by a vehicle. The elderly man sustained critical injuries and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, upon arrival, he was declared brought dead by the medical staff.
