JKP Organizes Remembrance March to Honor Heroes

The event was led by Ajay Sharma, JKPS (SP South), and saw participation from the entire South Zone Police hierarchy. SDPO South, SDPO East, along with SHOs and ICPPs from various police stations and police chowkis, joined the march to express their respect for the fallen heroes. The participants walked to the accompaniment of nationalist songs and melodies remembering the martyrdom of police officers who gave their lives in service to the nation.

JKP has a long history of valiant officers making the ultimate sacrifice in the fight against terrorism. These martyrs have displayed exceptional courage, often risking their lives to protect innocent civilians and safeguard peace in the region. Their contributions have been instrumental in building the Jammu and Kashmir Police into a resilient institution.
